Subject: Bonair Apts on NE 143rd Good day - I sincerely hope that I'm contacting the correct person. I am trying to get in touch with the owner of the Bonair Apts on NE 143rd St. here in Seattle. I just wanted to let you know that the "new" light that was installed on the East side of the exterior building (on 32nd Ave NE) has been out for a few weeks now. Also there is NO exterior lighting (other than on the North side of the bldg, on 143rd St. Just trying to keep our neighbourhood safe !!!
